Clemens Behr

My studio is my hobbyraum.

What I do in one sentence: collage of space and fragments of spaces (mostly).

Why I didn’t get a proper job: I was very lucky that people got interested in the things I love to do.

An artwork I dream of and I would get accomplished if space, time and money were abundant: I need a laser that can cut, glue, and lift things. That would be very difficult and costly. If you hear of it please tell me.

Artists, I have on my watch list (and why): at the moment I really like the works of Oscar Tuazon, Wolfgang Voegele, Pedro Cabrita Reis and Brainwaltzera to name a few.

I am afraid of health and humans.

How I want to be burried resp. words I want to be written on my tombstone: nothing special but maybe a nice song can be played.

Clemens Behr is an artist who mostly uses found materials to create complex ephemeral structures.
